Burlington Distribution Center

Langan provided site/civil, geotechnical, and environmental services for the development of a 2-million-SF distribution and processing facility. Early in the project, we conducted due diligence, a site evaluation, and preliminary site planning to support entitlements and overall project feasibility. Our services included ALTA and topographic surveys, wetland delineation, biological assessments, and a Class I cultural resource inventory. From there, we provided site/civil design and permitting, on-site construction documents, landscape architecture, and coordination with the City of Buckeye and other reviewing agencies. Our scope also included bid-phase support, construction administration, and post-construction services (e.g., final civil permit drawings and an ALTA survey), confirming continuity from the initial planning through construction and closeout for this large-scale distribution center.
