Carnegie Mellon University – Forbes and Beeler Residence Hall

The Forbes & Beeler Residence Hall will be located in the Squirrel Hill North neighborhood of Pittsburgh. It is envisioned to feature four stories, up to three separate buildings, and will span up to 120,000 GSF. The building will also include between 250-300 beds, offering more comfortable living spaces for CMU students. Langan is providing a variety of services for the project including site/civil, geotechnical, and traffic engineering in addition to surveying services.
