Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia – The Hub for Clinical Collaboration

Located at the western corner of the Perelman Campus at the intersection of Health Sciences Drive and East Service Drive, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia developed a new office tower connected to the Buerger Center for Advanced Pediatric Care. The project includes a 17-story office building for physicians and administrative staff, with multiple below-grade levels, including a four-level addition to the Central Utility Plant, as well as stormwater management and utility and infrastructure improvements. Langan provided site/civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, survey, and environmental services. The co-location of multiple medical divisions supports collaboration across clinical care, research, and medical education.
