Coney Island Beach Operations Headquarters

Langan is providing multidisciplinary engineering services for the modernization of the operations complex at 3026 West 25th Street in Brooklyn’s Coney Island neighborhood. The project includes the renovation of a 12,000 SF maintenance facility and a 110,000 SF operations yard within an MS4 and Special Flood Hazard Area. We provided site/civil, geotechnical services and traffic engineering services.
