Connor Lane

OVERVIEW
The Connor Lane development includes two speculative warehouses totaling over 170,000 SF. The site is within a FEMA Special Flood Hazard Area Zone and a 100-year floodplain. Langan provided hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to revise the extent of the floodplain through the site and reclaim developable area. Working within the city’s stringent water-quality requirements, we performed water-quality and detention design services for a sand-filtration system and a stacked biofiltration and detention pond. We also developed detailed tree-mitigation calculations and landscape plans in accordance with the city’s tree-protection requirements.
