Connor Lane

OVERVIEW
The Connor Lane development includes two speculative warehouses totaling over 170,000 SF. The site is located within a FEMA Special Flood Hazard Area Zone AE and the City of Austin Ultimate 100-Year Floodplain. Langan provided hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to revise the extent of the floodplain through the site and reclaim developable area. Working within the city’s stringent water quality requirements, we performed water quality and detention design services for a sand filtration system and a stacked biofiltration/detention pond. We also developed detailed tree mitigation calculations and landscape planting plans in accordance with the city’s tree protection requirements.
