Cornell Scott‑Hill Recovery and Wellness Center

OVERVIEW
The Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center (CSHHC) Recovery and Wellness Center is a 31,500-SF, 52-bed, Class A building that will support CSHHC’s Grant Street Partnership, an intensive substance use recovery program. While the program previously only served men, the new facility will expand the program to serve anyone in need. Langan assisted with local site permitting, including approval from the Board of Zoning Appeals and the City Plan Commission; provided design documents for site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, planting, and lighting; and prepared a parking management plan.
