Langan provided innovative stormwater solutions while minimizing future utility relocations and redundancies and ensuring there was no interruption to the active school campus.
measurable value
Langan was the common element in the design of numerous campus improvement projects to revitalize campus connectivity at Dwight-Englewood School. Langan’s uninterrupted role in the ongoing projects ensured continuity of the school’s vision, starting with the tenets developed for the design of the Hajjar STEM building and extending later to the parking lot, connection road, and teaching garden improvements. Langan’s continuing role allowed for a holistic approach to maintaining and improving campus infrastructure while minimizing future utility relocations and redundancies.
