East Adams Redevelopment

The East Adams Redevelopment is revitalizing a 27-block socioeconomically challenged neighborhood into a vibrant mixed-use, mixed-income community offering over 1,000 residential units. Langan provided land use planning services to satisfy SEQR and NEPA requirements in conjunction with local approvals, state financing from the NYS Division of Housing and Community Renewal, and federal financing from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. We also completed applications for the NYS Department of Environmental Brownfield Cleanup Program for the first three project phases.
