Ellison Institute of Technology

Langan is providing civil, geotechnical, and environmental design services for a new 30,000m² life sciences research campus in Oxford for the Ellison Institute of Technology. Spread across two linked sites, the development includes laboratory, educational, hospitality, and amenity spaces, with integration of the historic Littlemore House. Our work spans drainage, site grading, highways (including S278 agreements), flood risk mitigation, ground investigation, basement and foundation design, remediation strategies, and planning support. The project targets BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum accreditation.
