Federal Way Performing Arts & Events Center

Federal Way Performing Arts & Events Center is a 45,000-SF events center on a 4-acre urban site, the first commercial development constructed within the 21-acre Town Center parcel. The flexible outdoor civic park focuses on pedestrian connectivity to surrounding uses, as well as new public gathering areas for an active urban presence. Civil challenges included incorporating stormwater elements into the landscape design of a high-use environment. The project set design standards for future Town Center development and adheres to the 10-year City Center Redevelopment Plan, designed to spur development and revitalize a vibrant downtown core.
