Former AT&T Bell Laboratories

Langan supported Somerset Development in their major subdivision of the 473-acre former Bell Labs site, which included preparation of the subdivision, design of new entrances, new lighting and landscaping, natural resource permitting, and obtaining local approvals from the Holmdel Planning Board and Soil Conservation District. Langan also provided field observation during construction of the new front entrances.
