Former Wyeth Facility Master Plan

The Howard Hughes Corporation retained Langan for initial due diligence and planning services relating to this property. Langan obtained a Letter of Interpretation for the property, which includes approximately 74 acres of freshwater wetlands/State open waters. We began an initial planning phase that included an inventory and planning process that identified environmental constraints that will likely impact future development of the site. The initial phase included preparing a summary memorandum and GIS-based mapping set that addressed relevant natural resources, including wetlands, waterbodies, riparian zones, floodplains, zoning, existing and proposed sewer service area mapping. We have also completed preliminary traffic and infrastructure assessments for the property looking at various development scenarios developed for the project site.
