OVERVIEW
Designed by renowned architect Louis Kahn, the 4.5-acre park and plaza sits at the Island's southernmost point. The site features a landscaped open garden and plaza area for passive public enjoyment, promenade along the East River, forecourt, sculpture court and front plaza overlooking the East River with views of Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn.
