GBF Landfill: Remediation Cost Allocation

Langan performed monitoring, remedial planning, and landfill closure for this Superfund site containing industrial waste ponds and municipal solid waste disposed over a long operational history. We used probabilistic cost estimating and decision analysis modeling in cost allocation negotiations among multiple responsible parties and in coverage negotiations with insurance carriers.
