Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center

Located on the south shore of Long Island and established in 1958, this hospital/nursing home facility provides care for over 500 patients. The center upgraded its electrical service to withstand future flooding events and explored additional ways to harden its perimeter. Langan researched flood elevations relative to existing grades, prepared maps showing inundation levels for various storm events, and designed schematic designs for flood-proofing options. Additionally, we performed boundary/title and topographic surveys.
