Hallmark Health – Medical Office Building

This 30,000-SF medical office building, developed on a former car dealership site, provides primary care, specialty services, physical therapy, and other outpatient care. Langan provided geotechnical and traffic engineering support, addressing challenges posed by steep slopes, rock outcroppings, and complex site conditions. We also conducted a detailed analysis of existing and projected traffic conditions to support the project’s approval through local regulatory review.
