Halsted Pointe

This multi-phase, mixed-use, waterfront development will feature 2,650 apartments, hotel rooms, office space, retail, a grocery store, public amenities, and green spaces woven between buildings. We are providing landscape architecture services for the outdoor spaces, including the riverfront park, over-structure plazas and green spaces, streetscapes, and amenity decks. We will also provide services for design development through construction administration during Phase II of the project, which includes two multifamily residential towers.
