Hesperia Commerce Center II

OVERVIEW
Hesperia Commerce Center II is a two-story, large-format industrial facility totaling 2,518,000-SF. The building consists of a 1,648,000-SF ground floor footprint and 870,000-SF of mezzanine space. The project occupies approximately 178 acres in the High Desert and is designed to support high-volume, high-efficiency logistics operations. The project team successfully navigated complex High Desert environmental constraints, including protected Western Joshua Tree mitigation, while simultaneously delivering major infrastructure improvements such as a nine-mile electrical extension and a 7MW solar- and battery-equipped microgrid. These solutions will provide long-term power reliability and sustainability.
