The Hill School – Tennis Pavilion

The Hill School is adding a two-story, 2,900 SF tennis pavilion to complement its athletic area, which includes eight full-size tennis courts. The pavilion will consist of team locker rooms, faculty offices, and a viewing platform. Langan performed a geotechnical engineering study to characterize subsurface conditions and provide recommendations for foundation systems, earthwork, and excavation. We also coordinated land development submissions and approvals for agencies including the Borough of Pottstown and Montgomery County’s Planning Commission, Municipal Sewer Authority, and Conservation District.
