Langan led the design team for multiple development entitlements of an industrial park located on an existing golf course. Our services included traffic, site/civil, and geotechnical engineering, landscape architecture, and environmental consulting. To mitigate traffic impacts along a mile-long corridor, we developed improvements including the addition of turn lanes, widening of the roadway, and implementation of adaptive traffic signal control technology at five intersections.
