Intrepid Spirit Centers

The Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund is an independent non-profit that provides support for wounded military personnel and their families. The Fund has developed multiple facilities for those who experienced traumatic brain injury (TBI) at various military bases as part of their National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE) program. These facilities, known as Intrepid Spirit Centers, will deliver care to troops closer to home at nine bases throughout the country. Langan provided site/civil engineering, site planning, and geotechnical engineering services to support comprehensive site planning/design charrettes for the proposed NICoE medical treatment facilities located at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA; Fort Carson, CO; Camp Pendleton, CA; and Fort Bliss, TX.
