K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel

The K9 Resorts luxury pet hotel in Wilmington repurposed an abandoned 11,300 SF medical building located on a 1.1-acre site. The site and building were rezoned and reconstructed for luxury dog boarding and pet daycare usage. Langan conducted a topographic ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey of the project site, a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, preliminary zoning and permitting analysis, and site/civil and landscape architectural design for the project. We also completed the stormwater design to connect the site with the city sanitary sewer system and performed construction administration services.
