Langan prepared a report with observations and recommendations for a parking garage located adjacent to the Carolina Panthers stadium. The parking garage and surrounding roadways were evaluated to identify ways of safely increasing the flow of vehicles entering and exiting the parking garage on event days and to provide safe paths for pedestrians within the area. We provided recommendations on signage throughout the garage to assist pedestrians in locating directional access points, elevators, staircases, and street exits. We also recommended implementing overhead signage for lane use control on streets around the garage.
