Langan recommended a traffic-circulation plan for a parking garage next to the Carolina Panthers’ stadium. We evaluated the garage and surrounding roadways to identify ways to safely increase the flow of vehicles entering and exiting the garage and to provide safe routes for pedestrians. We recommended signs to help pedestrians locate access points, elevators, staircases, and exits throughout the garage. We also recommended overhead signs to control lane use on surrounding streets.
