Livana Colts Neck

Langan is providing site/civil, geotechnical and traffic engineering; landscape architecture, and surveying services for Livana Colts Neck, a luxury residential community located on a 42-acre site in Colts Neck, New Jersey. The development includes 360 rental apartments consisting of a total of 16 buildings. Project challenges include coordinating with multiple regulatory agencies and developing sustainable stormwater management systems that preserve existing natural features. Langan is responsible for site grading, roadway and utility design, and coordination of water and sewer extensions to serve the new community. Through careful planning and technical design, we are helping to deliver the first apartments ever to be constructed in Colts Neck while delivering a high-quality residential development that enhances the township’s landscape while meeting local environmental and infrastructure standards.
