Livana Colts Neck

Located on a 42-acre site, Livana Colts Neck is a luxury residential community featuring 360 apartments across 16 buildings. Langan is responsible for site grading, roadway and utility design, and coordination of water and sewer extensions to serve the community. Project challenges include coordinating with multiple regulatory agencies and developing sustainable stormwater management systems that preserve natural features. Through careful planning and technical design, we are helping deliver the first apartments ever constructed in Colts Neck while creating a high-quality residential development that enhances the township’s landscape and meets local environmental and infrastructure standards.
