Manhattan Waterfront Greenway – Harlem River

OVERVIEW
The $180M Manhattan Greenway – Harlem River project involves the assessment and design of structural repairs and reconstruction of over four miles of Harlem River bulkhead from East 125th Street to East 145th Street and East 155th Street to Swindler Cove. In addition, the project involves the design of a waterfront esplanade and park to connect and extend a continuous greenway across seven blocks along the Harlem River between East 125th and East 132nd Streets. Langan will be leading detailed site investigations that include boat-mounted laser scans of the bulkhead tied into upland surveys and extensive engineer-diver inspections.
