Marina Landings

Westshore Marina District is a new 52+ acre mixed-use development. The master planned community overlooks Tampa Bay, with 1.5 miles of waterfront and marina. Marina Landings is the retail portion of the overall Westshore Marina District. Langan performed a geotechnical investigation. We determined site-specific subsurface conditions, stormwater management infiltration design parameters and analyzed and evaluated the subsurface conditions to develop design criteria and foundation and site preparation recommendations.
