Matrix Global Logistics Park – Traffic Management Plan

Matrix is developing a logistics Park on the West Shore of Staten Island. The former Staten Island Marine Development (SIMD) property will have four industrial and distribution buildings, including a fulfillment center and a warehouse. Langan provided site/civil and geotechnical engineering, environmental planning services, and obtained the site development approvals. Our traffic engineers were instrumental in developing a Traffic Management Plan for peak warehouse traffic levels during the holiday season. The team also prepared intersection and signal design plans and lead the coordination and approvals for various divisions of NYCDOT.
