The Fonseca Center at The Masters School is a 75,000 SF, multi-purpose facility featuring athletic, arts, and recreational spaces including courts, studios, a swimming pool, and an art gallery. The LEED Gold-certified building incorporates sustainable design elements like solar panels and recycled materials. Langan provided site/civil engineering services, including construction support, stormwater management (SWPPP), shop drawing reviews, and project closeout assistance to ensure compliance with approved plans.
