Mayfield Place – Stanford Affordable Housing

Langan provided consultation, engineering design, and construction administration services for a vapor mitigation system (VMS) for Mayfield Place at 2500 El Camino Real—the only new affordable housing development in Palo Alto. The project is the result of a strategic partnership with The Stanford Research Park. Three buildings were demolished in order to construct 70 affordable apartments on three floors over street-level retail along with a fitness center, multi-purpose room, and courtyard.
