McDonald’s Restaurants

Langan is providing survey, geotechnical, environmental, landscape, and site/civil engineering services for multiple McDonald's locations in the Midwest region, including four new restaurants and one major remodeling project. Our responsibilities include concept plans, coordination of the ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey and photometric plan, site investigation reports, geotechnical reports, environmental phase I reports, structural foundations, SWPPPs, and civil design plans.
