Mission Rock

The Mission Rock project is transforming a former industrial site into a 3.6-million-SF waterfront neighborhood along San Francisco Bay, featuring residential, retail, and public space, new infrastructure, and the renovation of historic Pier 48. Our geotechnical team provided investigation and engineering services, including evaluating liquefaction, settlement, seismic hazards, and foundation and ground improvement alternatives to support resilient and cost-effective design.
