Mission Rock

The Mission Rock project is transforming a former industrial site into a 3.6-million-SF waterfront neighborhood along San Francisco Bay, featuring residential, retail, public spaces, streets, infrastructure, and the renovation of historic Pier 48. Langan provided geotechnical investigation and engineering services, evaluating liquefaction, settlement, seismic hazards, and foundation and ground improvement alternatives to support resilient and cost-effective design.
