Modera Lofts

Modera Lofts, Mill Creek Residential Trust’s first adaptive reuse residential development, was developed utilizing the existing structure of the Butler Brother Warehouse. The eight-story, 850,000-SF building will house residential units and various amenities. Langan was involved in this project from the onset, performing the initial environmental, ACM, and LBP due diligence prior to site acquisition. Upon acquisition, Langan was provided environmental remediation and LSRP services ranging from the initial preliminary assessment through remedial action phases, and construction support. As a result of the Hazardous Materials and Environmental services provided by Langan, Mill Creek was able to open Modera Lofts for occupancy in June 2016.  By June 2017, this award winning building had achieved 97% occupancy.
