Monmouth Shores Corporate Park

Langan provided engineering environmental consulting services for this 165-acre commercial subdivision in Wall Township, New Jersey. The park was master planned in 1985 for 1,200,000 SF office and light industrial use. The 5,750 LF of roadway infrastructure has been constructed with 670,000 SF of buildings built and occupied; approvals for 120,000 SF of future construction is being sought.
