New Jersey City University – Residential Building

Langan is providing a variety of engineering and consulting services for a new residential building at the New Jersey City University West Campus. The approximately 200,000-SF, 144-unit residential building will contain a 136-space parking garage on the first two floors with four additional floors of residential units. An outdoor roof top plaza will be provided at the third floor level above a portion of the parking garage. Langan is providing full land development engineering services for the project, including site engineering, surveying services, geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering services, regulatory permitting, and construction administration and oversight.
