Princeton University – New Residential Colleges

As part of Princeton University’s 2026 Campus Plan, the need for additional campus housing was identified as one of the school’s major priorities. Langan provided site/civil engineering services, including site and utility design, stormwater management design, land-use permitting, and preparation of construction documents and technical specifications. The project required land-use permitting approvals from the Municipality of Princeton, the Delaware and Raritan Canal Commission, Mercer County Soil Conservation District, and NJDEP for a Treatment Works Approval.
