New York City Police Academy

Langan provided site/civil, geotechnical, environmental, natural resources, and survey services for the 35-acre New York City Police Academy facility, which serves recruits, civilians, and in-service police. The LEED Gold-certified project consolidated many of NYPD's training facilities spread throughout New York City. Langan played a major role in the replacement of tidal gates, which are critical in maintaining water levels and allowing water to flow through to Flushing Bay.
