Nueva School at Bay Meadows

Development of the private Nueva Upper School consisted of a 3-story learning lab/resource center with one below-grade parking level, a student center building, a multi-story at-grade gymnasium, and infrastructure improvements, including retaining walls, utilities, driveways, and landscape areas. Langan prepared a supplemental geotechnical report, which detailed our site-specific recommendations. During construction, we observed the project’s geotechnical components, including the installation of Auger Cast Pile (ACP) foundation. The development received LEED Gold certification.
