Oldmans Industrial Park

Langan is providing geotechnical, environmental, planning, traffic, landscape & lighting, survey, and natural resources services for the redevelopment of an existing industrial building. The redevelopment project is located on two lots of approximately 70 acres and will include the construction of a one-story, 854,454-SF warehouse with 150 loading spaces, 166 trailer parking spaces, and 426 car parking spaces. As part of the suite of services provided for this redevelopment project, Langan provided Land Development Plans, ALTA/Boundary Survey, Phase 1 ESA report, Community Impact Statement, Environmental Impact Statement, Traffic Impact Study and a Stormwater Management Report.
