One Rincon Hill

The One Rincon Hill South Tower is the tallest residential building west of the Mississippi. Langan provided services during the design and construction of both North and South towers. The South Tower required an excavation of about 60-feet deep for five levels of below-grade parking while the North Tower required excavation up to about 30 feet. Langan also performed a Probabilistic Seismic Hazard Analysis (PSHA), among other tasks.
