One Za’abeel

One Za’abeel is a two-tower, high-rise development connected 124 meters above ground by “The Link,” the world’s largest cantilever bridge. The towers stand at 304 meters and 241 meters and straddle a six-lane highway. With a total area of 480,000 SM, the development includes luxury residences, a luxury hotel, office space, a retail podium, and a panoramic sky concourse. Langan provided geotechnical engineering peer review services for the factual and interpretive geotechnical reports, temporary works design and contractors’ bids and submissions, and permanent sub-structure works design and contractors’ bids and submissions.
