500 PARQ

500 PARQ is an upscale mixed-use redevelopment located on the site of the former Lanidex Plaza corporate office complex. The initial phase included the development of townhomes and a residential building with 275 multifamily units. Additional phases include the development of more multifamily residences (including affordable units), experiential retail, public green spaces, and expanded community and recreational amenities. Langan provided multi-disciplined services throughout the redevelopment planning, permitting and design process.
