Pennsylvania State Police Academy

OVERVIEW
The Pennsylvania State Police Academy is undergoing a redevelopment to replace 1960s-era buildings with more modern facilities. These facilities include a five-story building with 300 dorms, the Bureau of Emergency Special Operations headquarters, tactical training areas, a 500-seat auditorium, medical facilities, a gymnasium, an indoor firing range, a central warehouse, and a six-bay maintenance garage. The new facilities are being built adjacent to the existing academy, which will remain operational during construction. Langan’s integrated team worked directly with end-users to develop construction documents that took the project from concept to bid within one year. We are also providing construction administration services for multiple phases of the project.
