Plymouth Square – Brixmor Office Redevelopment

Langan is providing land development services for Brixmor’s new regional office within its Plymouth Square shopping center. The redevelopment will increase Brixmor’s presence in a prime retail district. The 50,000-SF office space includes a series of outdoor patios designed to facilitate collaboration and flow seamlessly with the interior common spaces. The new patios and landscape areas cover a former parking lot, contributing to an overall paving reduction on the site. Stormwater management improvements, energy-efficient LED lighting, and new low-maintenance landscaping throughout the shopping center further contribute to the environmental benefits of the redevelopment. The project is expected to achieve LEED Silver certification.
