Point South Commerce

Located on South Freeway, this state-of-the-art, Class A, 260,000-SF warehouse features 50 dock doors, two drive-in doors with ramps, 234 car parking spaces, and truck access. Beyond construction of the warehouse building, the project also included the addition of 77 trailer parking stalls and TXDOT off-site improvements along the frontage roadway. Langan provided due diligence, site plan approval, full civil design, landscape architecture, permitting, and construction administration support.
