Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan Review

Pennsylvania Power and Light (PPL) retained Langan to review the facility's Comprehensive Spill Response Plan. This ensured compliance with the revised regulations, a single contingency plan that satisfies the federal Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures and Facility Response Plan, as well as the Pennsylvania State Preparedness, Prevention and Contingency and Spill Prevention and Response planning requirements.
