Project Piper

Located 15 miles east of Portland on a 74-acre parcel of a former Superfund site, this 857,470 SF fulfillment center features a large, open, 4-level structure and a process mezzanine. Langan provided comprehensive site/civil engineering services during the conceptual, design, permitting, and construction phases of the project. This encompassed the designs for layout, grading, drainage, utility work, and the development of a stormwater management system compliant with the North Troutdale Storm Drainage Master Plan. Additionally, we designed stormwater and sanitary sewer pump stations for the development.
