Residences at Fort Trumbull

Residences at Fort Trumbull is a five-story residential building with 203 apartments, on-site parking, and amenities including an all-seasons pool, outdoor theater, rooftop gathering area, gym, climbing wall, and pub. Langan is providing enhanced schematic design, including the creation of approved permitting drawings and necessary revisions; preparing updated site engineering plans during the construction document phase; reviewing construction documents; and coordinating with the recommendations provided in our geotechnical engineering report. Additionally, our landscape architecture team designed two amenity spaces (one at ground level and one on the rooftop), site lighting, and planting. We developed the exterior pedestrian spaces and decorative vehicular pavements, detailed the entrance stairs and handrails, and accounted for hardscape, plantings, and elevation changes for the rooftop space.
