Rockaway Village

OVERVIEW
This four-phase, 850,113-SF development will bring seven buildings consisting of retail, community facilities, and 1,700 new affordable housing units to the underutilized area near the Rockaways. Our site/civil engineering services included schematics through construction phase design, construction administration, and permitting. We assessed the utility demand of the project, stormwater detention and permitting process and summarized our work in a letter that included conceptual utility and site plans. Langan also provided traffic and parking assessment services to support the project.
