Rutgers University – Brandt Behavioral Health Treatment Center & Residence

The Brandt Behavioral Health Treatment Center includes a 15,000 SF outpatient and aftercare treatment facility and a 27,000 SF residence building. The space encompasses group therapy rooms, a fitness center, a music room, a chapel, quiet rooms, offices, and a four-season room to provide year-round connections to the outdoors for residents and patients. Additionally, the residence building provides 16 single-occupancy rooms designed to provide a safe, home-like environment. Langan provided multidisciplinary services, including site layout, stormwater management, utility, and retaining wall design; construction administration; and bid phase support.
